The research focused on the students who used the LIfe Story tool in the spiritual formation program. Biblical research was conducted providing theological rationale and background information allowing pastors to see how a first-person narrative sermon is constructed.  The author reviewed literature germane to the subject.  A project was developed to take pastors through the process of understanding the problem and creating a solution.  A workshop was presented to a group of pastors and written feedback was received.
