Spiritual gifts are expressed and may be found in a variety of levels of conscious behavior. The project offers a community model for discernment of gifts as a balance between the subjectivity of spiritual gifts inventories and the objective psychological implications of type theory. Eleven principles in Murray's story can serve and guide twentieth-century Christians.
