The task consists of four components.  First, to research and to formulate eight core biblical convictions that are essential for the task of expository preaching. Second, to research China and its culture, the Chinese mindset, and the house church movement. It also looks into the learning process of the rural people and the training resources in preaching. Third, to design a biblical preaching course targeting Chinese rural pastors who have a lower level of education. The training material is adapted from Dr. Haddon W. Robinson's step-by-step process as described in his book, Biblical Preaching. By studying the contemporary and historical literature on the subject, looking to the scriptures, and conducting interviews with seasoned preachers, the author reveals some of the common causes of this phenomenon. Details of the cases were examined thoroughly, using document analysis methodology known as 'Constant Comparison' to demonstrate major themes in the change experience. The change experience of this staff was assessed using a survey tool, and then reviewed from the point of view of the theology and literature outlined in the paper. The results of the study are nine valid outcomes regarding the application of change management principles in the context of the staff studied. The theme of this book is that as the regenerated personality is recreated into the Imago Dei mental health (functioning and integrity) increases but as it distances from the Imago Dei psychopathology (dysfunction and disintegration) increases. The attributes of God are one of thirty aspects of the Imago Dei. This chapter includes attributes and their antipathies, basic needs of the human personality, pain versus peace, and relevant secular theories.
