Personal interviews with ministers of 13 multiple staff churches and with five UCC denominational leaders provide the basis for the research. The format is a series of four small group dialogues held in a local United Methodist church.  Changes of attitudes are measured by an instrument administered at the beginning and at the end of the dialogue process.
