The reason for the conflict is that western missionaries insist on western mode of Christianity, which overlooks Taiwanese religious culture and spirit. He  raised contextualization as the basis for articulating Gospel and missionary work.  It applied Dr. Enoch Wan's theory of Sino-Theology, which developed Relational Trinity,  on Taiwan's context and through Taiwanese history, culture and mind set to communicate the Gospel. Everybody admires those churches that have achieved great increase in membership almost overnight. This research discloses that the only way out is to go back to the Bible. The Beehive Theory which this author presents here can be a vital strategy to deal with the root problem. The methods used in this research are from the perspectives of statistics, biblical theology and practical theology. There are two parts of this research. The first part is an analysis of the Church in Taiwan today.  The second part is to develop strong preaching, strong personal evangelism, power healing and personal participation of the pastor based on Bible. It is an effort to explore the relationship between evangelistic strategy and personal evangelism, evangelistic strategy and training of co-workers, evangelistic strategy and organizational management, in order to set up a comprehensive evangelistic strategy for St. Paul Chinese Christian Church, and carry out the goal of 'Attempt great things for God; Rescue millions of souls.'  Recently many evangelical churches and organizations following and practicing the Great Commission of the Lord have sent short-term mission teams to St. Paul and planted churches in this area. Drawing on these four studies she then concludes that the church will need a new kind of worker to share the gospel with the new generation of people in the 21st Century.
