First, there is data gathered from several week-end workshops for personal change conducted by a well-known pastoral counselor.  Second, there is a discussion of such issues as ethics in counseling, the work of the Holy Spirit, metaphors of theological importance, and a series of practical questions that deal with such issues as evangelism in counseling. Third, the work describes suggestions for pastoral identity as a result of the data collected. The collaborative preaching model was adopted, with some slight modifications, as the project model.
