The Fort Dix Warrior Transition Unit (WTU) Action Plan assists soldiers in strengthening their personal resilience and enhancing their recovery through a proactive educational approach that addresses the whole person, including the spiritual dimension.  It provides a structure that encourages soldiers to reflect on their values, define their goals, identify and participate in activities that enhance recovery and begin their transition either back to their units or into civilian life. From exegesis of this text the project discusses the person who ministers, the process of ministry (anointing with oil and prayer), the prognosis of ministry (saving and healing), and patients who should receive this ministry.
