The project will be accomplished with the help of an ad-hoc committee of 10 persons serving as the 'Trust Creation Task Force.'  The task force will propose a funding policy to be officially approved by the board of directors of the Foundation.  Corresponding procedures will be graphically represented and adopted by the Foundation administration to be included in the staff procedure manual.
