The author used didactic sessions, videos, discussion, and personal encounters to provide participants both cognitive and emotive learning experiences.  Participants were measured, before and after the project, regarding knowledge of alcohol addiction and repositioning of attitudes toward persons addicted to alcohol. The instruments used were the Taylor-Johnson Temperament Analysis, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Spiritual Gifts Inventory, Biblical Personal Profile, and the Spiritual Leadership Qualities Inventory.  Individualized plans for growth were developed based upon findings of the instruments.  The author found great benefit to be found in the communication that took place from the use of the instruments. It involved the enlistment of and ministry to persons who were struggling with distresses brought on by being forcefully terminated from their places of employment.  This was a specifically designed support group ministry. The project shows how the bilingual preaching ministry can be performed.  The primary content of this field project report is the sermons the author preached in both English and Korean during the four months of the project along with reflections and analysis of the project.  He preached the core teachings of the Bible. The project design provides for unique opportunities for pastoral care between the pastor/leader and the group members.  The project defines a process of encouraging individual and group growth.  The project demonstrates a significant improvment in group members facing an immediate crisis, such as divorce or separation from a spouse. The objective of the project is to propose that the most effective approach in the theological education of Korean pastors (or English as a second language) is one using current programs in the context of the language and culture as part of the mission strategy in the metropolitan New York area.  The project leader used the pretest and posttest to identify the needs and provide action plans for the needs.  The emphasis here is to provide training using the current programs offered and not to create new programs. It used centers in a club format, rather than a traditional Sunday school organization.  The centers focused on storytelling, music, drama, crafts, and instructional games.  The project lasted nine weeks.  The goals were to increase attendance, biblical knowledge, and worker morale.  Biblical knowledge increased by an average of 58 percent, comparing the pre- and posttest scores of a control group.  Attendance increased 13 percent over the same period in Sunday school the previous year.  Worker morale increased slightly, measured by comparing pre- and
