The author used the experimental method and the descriptive survey method to conduct the research. Twenty adult church members explored the concept of church membership, participated in small-group fellowship meetings and composed a church membership covenant. The research method was a nonrandomized select sample utilizing two control groups. The Palmore FAQ quiz and the Kogan scale were used to identify the presence and effects of ageism. A four-session equipping course was used to treat the group of senior adults.  The treated group was observed to determine whether they would become involved in church ministry after the treatment. Research was accomplished to discover children's basic developmental needs and parenting skills necessary to meet the needs.  A six-week parent training seminar was attended by seven parents.  Pre- and posttests were administered to parents and their children, with a time-lapse evaluation also given to parents. The first goal was to develop an instrument which would determine if a select group of parents were meeting the spiritual needs of their children.  The second goal was to develop a structured program which would enable parents to meet the spiritual needs of their children.  The third goal was to enlist and train ten to twelve people who would commit to meeting the spiritual needs of their developing children.  Ten people completed the course of study to help equip them to nurture their children's faith. He also conducted training sessions for instruction on daily utilization of the tract. The concept of 'covenant' was examined, as were factors which inhibited or enhanced relationships.  Methodology relied heavily upon activities appropriate for youth: worksheets, role play, skit, video, and team work.  Youth developed a statement of relationship to which they subscribed in a formal 'covenant ceremony.' The research was condensed, structured and presented to selected trainees who would possibly become facilitators of local ministerial support groups.  Positive results have been established by six of the trainees.
