Air Force","Clinical pastoral education","Military chaplains"],"language_tesim":["English"],"abstract_tesim":["This project evaluates a model of InterPersonal Relationship groups (IPR) adapted from Clinical Pastoral Education programs (CPE) to determine its general usefulness to the United States Air Force Chaplaincy. IPR is effective for interpersonal skills training among clergy and seminary students. Can it be used to improve communication skills (articulating, listening, self-disclosure, openness, and conflict resolution) of parishioners in a United States Air Force (USAF) chapel? The author's research data came from studies on church growth and decline, and from questionnaires, interviews, feedback forms, and dialogues with Air Force personnel.
