In midlife a man's inner life begins to prompt some different questions and concerns, and a journey that has been largely outward can become inward, which can enable the growth and development of one's spiritual life.  The project as a whole has four parts.  The first is an analysis of the issues confronting men currently.  The second section contains summaries of the seven key books in the field. The student developed the model and utilized it within a Christian context in seven weekly sessions of two hours each, and then concluded with a twenty-four hour retreat at a nearby facility.
