Where two or more are gathered together as the Body of Christ there are differing opinions and the potential for conflict. The author researched the biblical, theological and spiritual perspectives of the process and ministry of reconciliation. The research culminated in a study of reconciliation with members of a non-conflictual church. The result of the study was two-fold. The participants acquired a detailed definition and understanding of the process of reconciliation from a personal perspective as well as within the church. The congregation explored models of the church. They also explored their history, values, beliefs, and norms. The final stage of this project was to discern the vision of ministry that God has for the congregation; and then to develop a vision statement and begin to implement ministries from this vision statement.
