The author takes the original publication of Prayers for Public Worship (1857) by Dr Robert Lee, Greyfriars Kirk, Edinburgh, Scotland and re-imagines it for use today under the title Let everyone find their voice [Psalm 150:6]. The author's thesis is that the Psalms continue to inspire new psalms of praise. The paper considers the functions of Christian liturgy and the history of Christian attitudes toward science, then describes the development of a liturgy including the Lord's Supper, and its test use within seven congregations of the Presbyterian Church (USA). In the wake of a weakening rite of confirmation, it promises a more mature encounter with the essence of baptism. 'Living Into Our Baptism,' developed by Hughes and Westerhoff, is evaluated through participant interviews as an in-depth preparatory process leading to baptismal reaffirmation. Because of the limitations of this project the specific areas covered are limited to the pastoral rites of healing.  In addition to the given rites, a survey of clergy, with episcopal guidance, was used to gather information. The methodology used included an opening survey, four weeks of historical and theological study, two weeks of liturgical and biblical comparison, two weeks of practical application, and a final evaluation.  The research revealed the lack of liturgical understanding and connection of many adult Byzantine Catholics.
