This goal was pursued through a series of seven sermons on the key theological images, followed by weekly celebration of the Lord's Supper, coupled with seven adult classes and four sessions with children. The goal of the project is to develop a communion service that combines the eucharistic practices of these Episcopal and Reformed traditions into one order which reflects both traditions.  It uses small group study and discussion as methods.  Six Bible studies provide the biblical basis for a series of eight group sessions in which theological, historical and practical considerations for communion are addressed.
