This is designed for quality and quantity in the growth of the Korean church. The author researched the background of the Korean church and its current problems.  He also investigated the biblical principles of disciple-making and dealt with the methodology of a disciple-making ministry. The dissertation will analyze various philosophies of ministry which lead to producing imbalanced disciples of Christ, study the First Epistle of John for Biblical principles of balanced discipleship, observe historical precedents from the Reformed tradition, critique some present day discipleship approaches, summarize a survey of church and parachurch ministry leaders and finally, propose some solutions for the thesis question.
