The characteristics of the mission strategies are examined in the writer's work with the Christian women minjung movement and in her parish work with them. The new mission strategies the writer presents are those that can help women minjung become the subjects of their own lives.  They will also contribute to the transformation of theology, church, and society. A literature review comprises the first part of the study.  A survey was conducted in order to discover actual programming needs of the poor.  It is imperative for the church to be in solidarity with the poor.
