After sensitizing the church to the need, the project directs a small group in seven weeks of intense evaluation, study, and review of personal relationships in the Bible and in the practical experience of the participants. Yet such countries often lack proper training for missionaries. This project proposes to prepare 10 Korean families for cross-cultural evangelism in a 10-week program at Global Missionary Training Center in Seoul, Korea. Included in the project curriculum are research assignments and experiences designed to prepare these families for missionary life. To attain this, the author wrote a seminal guide entitled Masterculture.  Four families were chosen from very different cultural backgrounds, including American, Haitian, Chinese, and Guyanese.  The Masterculture seminar was then held over a period of three months.  It included weekly meals, Bible studies and studies in cultural anthropology.
