The process was a four-unit study taught to four churches and a group of ministers.  The mission support study sessions focused on biblical basis, historic Baptist patterns of mission support with emphasis on the formation and development of the Cooperative Program, current Southern Baptist patterns of mission support, and member input into developing the best current mission support method for Southern Baptists. The project was designed to utilize small study group instruction and proclamation to reach the stated goals.  The group learned Buddhist beliefs and the principles for Christian witnessing to the Buddhist as well as basic evangelistic skills. Seeing the need of reaching the unreached Asian Indians with the gospel, the author developed a cross-cultural relational evangelism program for training lay members to be effective witnesses for Christ.  The project consisted of eleven sessions.  The participants demonstrated their understanding of cross-cultural relational evangelism and Hinduism and other beliefs in the posttest. The underlying conviction of the project is that spiritual character development must be a major priority in the church. The project involved working with a small group task force within the author's local church.  This nine-member group participated in a ten-week study course that focused on spiritual character development.  After the project was completed the report was written and evaluated. The central theological issue studied was the doctrine of the church, especially the priesthood of all believers. The results of the project will be measured in the life of the author's church and in his ministry. There are three dimensions: church, as a sacramental worship 'koinonia'; mission, as an aggressive outreach ministry through the cultural, ethnic, and religious barriers; and education center (academy), as a deep source for theological training, equipping and researching tools for effective Christian service all across the country.  This work presents a strategic model for future development as well as a theological and practical base for multiple church activities, missions strategy and Christian education orientation. Results show that a model similar to that of the apostolic church works well in Russia today. A worship team made up of Lakeland members created drama and media-augmentation for a series of sermons preached by the pastor.  The project revealed that drama and media-augmentation inserted into a sermon captured the congregation's attention and increased the congregation's ability to listen to the message.
