It describes an exercise in thematic analysis through a collaborative approach using free association and life review. Evaluated using qualitative research methodology, the results indicate that this process encourages and enables persons to reflect on their experiences, discovering new possibilities for enhancing funeral ministry in both individual and corporate areas.
