A group of young adults was brought together to model this reclaiming.  This was done through reading articles, watching movies, and especially through sharing the lives and stories of ordinary Barbadian folk.  The youth reported a tremendous awakening of themselves as spirtual beings. There was a greater sense of self-worth, especially relating from their inheritance as blacks.  The youth themselves indicated the need to continue the process and help blacks in general lift themselves up before
