Caring is a challenging task and a very rewarding task. This project produces a comprehensive manual that provides compassionate care to the end of life patients and families of Chinese ethnic origin and Christian faith.  There are different sections for families how to plan for the end of life and take care of their own health. This project is an attempt to develop a strategy for effective disciple-making and leadership development in a college town church that has a very high turnover rate and a big potential to reach out to scholars from China. In a six month period ideas of the proposed approach were communicated to three groups of participants in multiple sessions of the groups' regular meetings to test the new model's effectiveness.
