A combination of quantitative and qualitative field research was conducted to achieve the goals of this project. An analysis of the responses served as the basis of a report given to the administrative leadership that they might develop a plan to provide a more beneficial experience for students who are facing diversity issues now and in the future.  Results indicated that qualitative research is warranted.
