Consultations with professors and church leaders both in India and in the US, the proposal, ethnography, and the reporting spanned twenty-six months. Twenty constituents including the youth who left, youth currently attending, parents, and pastors were interviewed along with questionnaires. The findings reveal that the youth left because these congregations have been lacking active ministries. Method of research included an in-depth theological search for distilled essence of Spirit (which included developing a new model of the Trinity and creating new gender), and applying the concept to nine topical lessons taught in a minimum of four presentations.
