It will outline and evaluate the process the leadership used to develop formal mission and vision statements for the church's ministry, the purpose statements for each of the governing commissions, and the job descriptions for the personnel serving on those commissions. On the basis of scripture, it is demonstrated that God has both created people for ministry as well as shapes them through spiritual gifts, heart burdens, abilities, personality, and experiences. A seminar is outlined which helps Christians identify their God-given design.
