There is a plan together with a training manual and the evaluation of the results of the research.  The result shows that the small group leadership training group was successful in terms of relationships, giving materials, and promoting spiritual growth.  Prayer and the relationship with God are the foundations of the ministry.  The small group improved through collecting materials and lengthening discussion time. The author researched both the history and the methodology of prayer in the cell context.  The resulting 'prayer life' church-wide emphasis combined large group teachings with self-study materials and small group discussions and activities designed specifically to work within the cell-based church environment.
