It is hoped that God may use this major project to provide the necessary framework for transforming youth ministry models in dealing with volunteers.  Chapter 1 introduces the goals, objectives, and limitations of the project.  Chapter 3 addresses the historical background and significance of the project.  Chapter 4 narrates the development, methodology, and procedures used to achieve the goals and objectives.  Chapter 5 gives recommendations which were found as a result of the research.  This chapter lists specific ways to retain and dismiss volunteers.
