Chapter I provides the organizational structure of the family plan and the mechanics of its function.  Chapter II - XI comprise the training and instructional portion of the manual.  Chapter XII is the final chapter containing the project narrative in the form of a flow chart.  This provides a step-by-step dated account of progress towards implementation.
