First, for the church to understand the continuity of the Scriptures in the Old and New Testament through the kingdom theme.  Second, for participants to develop a passion for the kingdom plan of God with an assurance of being involved in a movement that is guaranteed success. Third, to be prepared to defend the unity of the Bible by relating unity to the kingdom.  Six sermons were preached with sermon notes.  Small group material was included. First, it will examine the reconstructionist view of history, followed by its eschatological position, emphasizing their 'Kingdom now' doctrine.  Thirdly, this course will examine their position concerning the nation of Israel, and its belief that Israel will no longer be involved in God's future plans. Fourth, some hermeneutical principles will be considered.  The fifth issue will deal with the influence of this movement upon the charismatic movement.
