This data-based project answers these questions.  Chapter 1 introduces project parameters.  Two foundational theoretical studies follow.  Chapter 2, an in-depth examination of Christ's ministry selectivity, addresses question 1.  Chapter 3 examines secular and christocentric learning theories, responding to question 2.  Subsequently, chapter 4 presents design components of a leadership-based church missions curriculum.  Chapter 5 evaluates the field-tested program's successful implementation. Major fears and obstacles to mission involvement are openly discussed in the text, so that the reader might learn to overcome them.
