The goal of the project is to promote spiritual-psychophysical health and wholeness. The class met through an entire academic year, once every two weeks, to learn, interact, and receive training on how to be the most effective residence hall assistant.  The upper class students who participated in the program received three hours of general studies credit. Consequently, it is the author's contention that roleplay ought to be used more frequently in the pastoral theology classroom.  The proposed model portrays counseling, administrative, visitation, pulpit, and personal situations encountered by today's pastors.  It includes the following features: preparatory notes, the actual roleplay, a peer evaluation, a follow-up discussion, a self-evaluation, and the teacher's evaluation. This will be done through an eight session, sixteen hour seminar. It will describe healthy anger and guilt, inform the class what unhealthy anger and guilt look like, then discuss the symptoms and consequences of living with unresolved anger and guilt. Interventions and Bible studies will be presented as ways to resolve these issues. A one year follow up was done with the seminar participants.
