The three major components of the process are personality inventories, different spirituality modes appropriate to different temperaments, and tools for developing listening skills.  The Personal Profile System instrument was given at the outset and at the conclusion for comparison.  An instrument to elicit the participants' perception of the process was also given at the conclusion. This thesis was tested through a survey of 106 international students at the University of Texas.  Survey items were drawn from writings by authorities from each of the major religions on the subject of prayer.  Buddhist, Catholic, and Hindu students conformed to official profiles for less than one-third of the measured items, suggesting greater religious independence. Four different surveys were designed and given to 179 students at Montana State University. This project attempts to provide some of that training through advanced Sonlife program that builds upon the basic seminar and helps youth pastors develop additional skills in effective church-related youth work. The project was concerned about program objectives, design and results. The project examined theological, theoretical and cultural background studies useful to the appraisal. The project presented the history of the Home Bible Seminary in Thailand. A questionnaire was used to gain the students' perspective on the program. The study included recommendations on how to improve the program.
