Pre-tests, post-tests, observations and interviews were used to determine the effects of a course entitled 'The Meaning of Life' on a control group. Story theology offered the theological perspective. A survey was conducted to reveal how texts were selected, strengths and weaknesses of text selection, use of Christian calendar, and reaction to assigned texts.
