In order to achieve this objective, biblical and theological data, social science literature, and current missional housing models were researched and a model for missional houses was designed, implemented, and tested. The methodology undertaken was Participatory Action Research and included resident surveys, missional health assessments, and interviews. In particular, a storied way of Lectio Divina successfully cultivates a deeper relationship with God, and an increased sensitivity to God's work in individual lives. As group members, ranging from new believers to mature Christ followers, share these life stories with one another, spiritual companionship deepens. The study materials were delivered to participants in an online environment. The teaching goals of this Bible study were to enable believers to understand and reflect on essential Christian doctrines, apply it to their daily lives, and engage in biblical behavioural practices as a result.This project was conducted and tested with twenty participants. Data collection tools included an initial written narrative, the responses to a 14-week online study Created for Relationship, an online course evaluation survey, and a second written narrative. The findings indicate that CMB were aware of their need to learn and grow in their new relationship with God, however, discipleship in a world of online social connections requires the same intentional mentorship relationship as in-person discipleship. He enlisted two groups of participants in two cycles Action Research receiving feedback and input as the book was being written. He designed a Spiritual Assessment Questionnaire to assess thirty-eight categories of discipleship prior to and after the study. The results indicated a statistically significant increase in the level of theological grounding, of discipleship practices and improvements in the quality of the participants' soul life with God. This project looked at the impact of an 8-month integrated discipleship initiative following the pedagogical framework of service learning. Five disciplines were cycled through on a monthly basis. The initiative demonstrated significant formational impact as the various activities intersected each other. This Pentecostal church is primarily composed of immigrants mostly from Africa and the Caribbean Islands. After struggling to establish a small group ministry, the congregation and leaddership were consulted through conversations, interviews and surveys resulting in a more flexible, focused, and situation-sensitive model. The purpose of this small group ministry is to build a community of disciples nurtured by Bible study and prayer, connected with the church through their leaders, who minister to the needs of those within and beyond the group.
