Christian virtues increase the effectiveness of young people in academics, community involvement, and their participation in the life of the church. The hypothesis is that the youth of Second Baptist Church will increase participation and involvement in the church and community. The effectiveness of the project will be measured by employing qualitative methodology, utilizing pre and post-test, and journaling through a series of workshops.
