A participant's guide was developed by the researcher and was integral for the project. Qualitative and quantitative research methods included pre-assessment and post-assessment questionnaires, personal interviews, various inventories, researcher observation, dialogue, reflection tools, vocabulary tests, and discernment. To maximize long-term retention, active learning engaged experiential metaphors and embodied practices. The results indicated that this project established structure for the ministry and enhances youth leadership for those youth who participated in youth activities and programs.
