This project is intended to create an environment of support for women who have been called to ordained ministry, but refused ordination because of gender. Quantitative and qualitative research were used by sending questionnaires to all 409 women married to clergy in the West Virginia Annual Conference and talking to those who feel called. The research showed that women married to clergy are not struggling with the call into pastoral ministry more than others not married to clergy are.
