The context is Naval Hospital Cherry Point, North Carolina, not-for-profit military hospital.  The methodology used is pre-screening application, interview, lecture, and on-site training. The context of this study is Trinity United Church of Christ, a sub-urban, predominantly European-American congregation located on the north side of Columbus, Ohio, which desires to grow.  The methodology used to achieve this goal is an intervention, composed of four interwoven facets, designed as a unit to remove barriers that prevent church growth.  The findings of this project confirm that church growth becomes probable through this intervention. Two new committees were established, a process was developed, and a manual written to evaluate and implement new technologies.  The result was the successful implementation of many new technologies at GUMC.
