The context of this ministry model is a private school at Gravel Run Baptist Church in Dinwiddie, VA. Students were the same age, grade level, culture, and received similar courses of study. Student and parent interviews were also done to obtain deeper insight. The project did so through the high school's active support of parish youth retreats, through encouragement of student involvement in the ministries of the parish and through providing school time and space for interaction of the parish staffs and their youth on a quarterly basis.  A pre- and post-project self-report questionnaire was administered to the student participants as a means of determining the success of the project.
