Sister-Church Partnership Program' between churches in Florida and Guatemala. An analysis was done of researcher's failure to impact presbytery. The researcher then built foundation for new mission work of Presbytery's Partnership Program based on insights from researcher's ineffectiveness as change agent. New project analyzed presbytery's mission approach learned from history of missions in Western Christianity. It evaluates the effects of transformational development mission approach for the Pinatubo Aetas, which underwent rapid change due to its relocation. Specifically examined are the institutionalized strategies, programs and approaches as well as on-going mission projects.  This pioneer study utilizes an in-depth participant observation and examines marginalization, contextualization, and transformational development as mission principles.
