These partnership activities move the congregation to positive growth in attitudes toward the Hispanic American community."],"rights_statement_tesim":["https://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/"],"thumbnail_path_ss":"/assets/work-a3b75da7abded620ab321410c80d102e5e2417b71c54de7ba7d4b0363da904f7.png","suppressed_bsi":false,"actionable_workflow_roles_ssim":["f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-approving","f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-depositing","f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-managing"],"workflow_state_name_ssim":["deposited"],"member_of_collections_ssim":["United Theological Seminary"],"member_of_collection_ids_ssim":["f0f9c284-37b6-440c-96ab-39e6509e82ee"],"visibility_ssi":"open","admin_set_tesim":["Metadata Only"],"account_cname_tesim":["rim.ir.atla.com"],"human_readable_type_tesim":["Etd"],"read_access_group_ssim":["public","work_editor"],"edit_access_group_ssim":["admin"],"edit_access_person_ssim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"_version_":1791127890194071552,"timestamp":"2024-02-17T06:51:06.277Z","score":1.0},{"system_create_dtsi":"2023-10-12T03:18:25Z","system_modified_dtsi":"2024-02-17T07:28:04Z","has_model_ssim":["Etd"],"id":"fccca2c8-7c61-488a-94e5-6659471ec7a8","accessControl_ssim":["d3df21d5-5749-4b60-9faf-be60298e28bf"],"depositor_ssim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"depositor_tesim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"title_tesim":["On Earth as it is in heaven: the development and characteristics of a racially inclusive church"],"date_uploaded_dtsi":"2023-10-12T03:18:24Z","date_modified_dtsi":"2024-02-17T05:21:33Z","isPartOf_ssim":["f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8"],"hasEmbargo_ssim":["c007b351-ef09-4551-a78c-b5c978b0c607"],"hasLease_ssim":["9d9e04a1-89e8-49b0-9b78-da5b4b9c2f79"],"show_pdf_viewer_tesim":["1"],"show_pdf_download_button_tesim":["1"],"institution_tesim":["Atla RIM"],"degree_tesim":["Unknown"],"degree_granting_institution_tesim":["United Theological Seminary"],"advisor_tesim":["James S Thomas"],"year_tesim":["1989"],"resource_type_tesim":["Unknown"],"types_tesim":["Text"],"creator_tesim":["Sally Dyck"],"publisher_tesim":["United Theological Seminary (OH)"],"subject_tesim":["Race relations","Church"],"language_tesim":["English"],"abstract_tesim":["This document describes the experience of Church of the Redeemer (Cleveland Heights, Ohio) as a racially inclusive congregation.  It begins with a definition and theology of a racially inclusive church and addresses the role of the community, the people who attend, pastoral leadership, worship, fellowship, and education, highlighting the critical factors which make for and strengthen inclusiveness.  This document is for churches, pastors, and church administrators in racially changing communities.  With study questions at the end of each chapter, the experience of one congregation helps others to look at their own situation of racial change."],"rights_statement_tesim":["https://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/"],"thumbnail_path_ss":"/assets/work-a3b75da7abded620ab321410c80d102e5e2417b71c54de7ba7d4b0363da904f7.png","suppressed_bsi":false,"actionable_workflow_roles_ssim":["f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-approving","f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-depositing","f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-managing"],"workflow_state_name_ssim":["deposited"],"member_of_collections_ssim":["United Theological Seminary"],"member_of_collection_ids_ssim":["f0f9c284-37b6-440c-96ab-39e6509e82ee"],"visibility_ssi":"open","admin_set_tesim":["Metadata Only"],"account_cname_tesim":["rim.ir.atla.com"],"human_readable_type_tesim":["Etd"],"read_access_group_ssim":["work_editor","public"],"edit_access_group_ssim":["admin"],"edit_access_person_ssim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"_version_":1791130219238653952,"timestamp":"2024-02-17T07:28:07.427Z","score":1.0}],"facets":[{"name":"resource_type_sim","items":[{"value":"Unknown","hits":8,"label":"Unknown"}],"label":"Resource Type"},{"name":"creator_sim","items":[{"value":"Cecelia L Harris","hits":1,"label":"Cecelia L Harris"},{"value":"Gloria J Tate","hits":1,"label":"Gloria J Tate"},{"value":"James Bryant Futrell","hits":1,"label":"James Bryant Futrell"},{"value":"John S Paddock","hits":1,"label":"John S Paddock"},{"value":"Martin G McCain","hits":1,"label":"Martin G McCain"},{"value":"Netter Page Mitchell","hits":1,"label":"Netter Page Mitchell"}],"label":"Creator Sim"},{"name":"contributor_sim","items":[],"label":"Contributor"},{"name":"keyword_sim","items":[{"value":"Church and community","hits":1,"label":"Church and community"},{"value":"Relation (Theology)","hits":1,"label":"Relation (Theology)"}],"label":"Keyword"},{"name":"subject_sim","items":[{"value":"Race relations","hits":8,"label":"Race relations"},{"value":"Methodist Church","hits":4,"label":"Methodist Church"},{"value":"African American Presbyterians","hits":1,"label":"African American Presbyterians"},{"value":"African American churches","hits":1,"label":"African American churches"},{"value":"African American youth","hits":1,"label":"African American youth"},{"value":"Christ Episcopal Church (Dayton, Ohio)","hits":1,"label":"Christ Episcopal Church (Dayton, Ohio)"}],"label":"Subject"},{"name":"location_sim","items":[],"label":"Location"},{"name":"language_sim","items":[{"value":"English","hits":8,"label":"English"}],"label":"Language"},{"name":"publisher_sim","items":[{"value":"United Theological Seminary (OH)","hits":8,"label":"United Theological Seminary (OH)"}],"label":"Publisher"},{"name":"date_created_sim","items":[],"label":"Date Created"},{"name":"types_sim","items":[{"value":"Text","hits":8,"label":"Text"}],"label":"Type"},{"name":"year_sim","items":[{"value":"1997","hits":3,"label":"1997"},{"value":"1998","hits":2,"label":"1998"},{"value":"1989","hits":1,"label":"1989"},{"value":"2001","hits":1,"label":"2001"},{"value":"2004","hits":1,"label":"2004"}],"label":"Year"},{"name":"format_sim","items":[],"label":"Format"},{"name":"member_of_collections_ssim","items":[{"value":"United Theological Seminary","hits":8,"label":"United Theological Seminary"}],"label":"Collections"},{"name":"degree_sim","items":[{"value":"Unknown","hits":8,"label":"Unknown"}],"label":"Degree"},{"name":"discipline_sim","items":[],"label":"Discipline"},{"name":"degree_granting_institution_sim","items":[{"value":"United Theological Seminary","hits":8,"label":"United Theological Seminary"}],"label":"Degree Granting Institution"},{"name":"department_sim","items":[],"label":"Department"},{"name":"funder_name_sim","items":[],"label":"Funder Name"},{"name":"event_title_sim","items":[],"label":"Event Title"},{"name":"event_date_sim","items":[],"label":"Event Date"},{"name":"institution_sim","items":[{"value":"Atla RIM","hits":8,"label":"Atla RIM"}],"label":"Host Institution"}],"pages":{"current_page":1,"next_page":null,"prev_page":null,"total_pages":1,"limit_value":10,"offset_value":0,"total_count":8,"first_page?":true,"last_page?":true}}}
