These two approaches are so intertwined and interrelated that both are needed if one is to answer the most pressing question of our time -- can the human race survive? By taking a serious and hard look at humanity one is better equipped to take positive steps to regain one's rightful place as co-workers with God in the continuing act of creation."],"rights_statement_tesim":["https://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/"],"thumbnail_path_ss":"/assets/work-a3b75da7abded620ab321410c80d102e5e2417b71c54de7ba7d4b0363da904f7.png","suppressed_bsi":false,"actionable_workflow_roles_ssim":["f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-approving","f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-depositing","f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-managing"],"workflow_state_name_ssim":["deposited"],"member_of_collections_ssim":["Wesley Theological Seminary"],"member_of_collection_ids_ssim":["5a6e4a36-5801-4bff-8e61-86d7489efb4a"],"visibility_ssi":"open","admin_set_tesim":["Metadata Only"],"account_cname_tesim":["rim.ir.atla.com"],"human_readable_type_tesim":["Etd"],"read_access_group_ssim":["public","work_editor"],"edit_access_group_ssim":["admin"],"edit_access_person_ssim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"_version_":1799718675201130496,"timestamp":"2024-05-22T02:37:57.295Z","score":1.0},{"system_create_dtsi":"2023-10-11T22:45:11Z","system_modified_dtsi":"2024-05-22T02:55:17Z","has_model_ssim":["Etd"],"id":"a33758ad-e87d-4434-9272-0c63dfafc5c4","accessControl_ssim":["a2d750ae-cc77-4be6-a7fe-4118c8df4729"],"depositor_ssim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"depositor_tesim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"title_tesim":["Peacemaking in a nuclear age: a program for engaging the congregation"],"date_uploaded_dtsi":"2023-10-11T22:45:10Z","date_modified_dtsi":"2024-02-17T02:52:56Z","isPartOf_ssim":["f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8"],"hasEmbargo_ssim":["f52bac79-7afe-4da4-844b-002104352958"],"hasLease_ssim":["960000b5-6dc5-4c04-a10f-742fa41be925"],"show_pdf_viewer_tesim":["1"],"show_pdf_download_button_tesim":["1"],"institution_tesim":["Atla RIM"],"degree_tesim":["Doctor of Ministry"],"degree_granting_institution_tesim":["Wesley Theological Seminary"],"advisor_tesim":["J Philip Wogaman"],"year_tesim":["1985"],"resource_type_tesim":["D.Min. The church can effect its ministry to the world in this context through concerted reflection and action. The thesis draws upon pertinent readings of theological, ethical, and political literature. It also reports the methods and outcomes of a lay study group in a Unitarian church on peacemaking.
