The implications for not observing Sabbath in one's life and ministry are noted experientially, through research and the use of a congregational teaching tool. The author utilizes surveys, teaching objectives, and standard research to promote Sabbath as an instrument for fostering spiritual awareness and healing. This thesis raises significant concerns for those in leadership regarding rest, renewal and reconciliation in the body of Christ."],"rights_statement_tesim":["https://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/"],"thumbnail_path_ss":"/assets/work-a3b75da7abded620ab321410c80d102e5e2417b71c54de7ba7d4b0363da904f7.png","suppressed_bsi":false,"actionable_workflow_roles_ssim":["f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-approving","f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-depositing","f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-managing"],"workflow_state_name_ssim":["deposited"],"member_of_collections_ssim":["Wesley Theological Seminary"],"member_of_collection_ids_ssim":["5a6e4a36-5801-4bff-8e61-86d7489efb4a"],"visibility_ssi":"open","admin_set_tesim":["Metadata Only"],"account_cname_tesim":["rim.ir.atla.com"],"human_readable_type_tesim":["Etd"],"read_access_group_ssim":["work_editor","public"],"edit_access_group_ssim":["admin"],"edit_access_person_ssim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"_version_":1799720655061516288,"timestamp":"2024-05-22T03:09:25.438Z","score":1.0},{"system_create_dtsi":"2023-10-12T13:01:20Z","system_modified_dtsi":"2024-05-22T02:07:15Z","has_model_ssim":["Etd"],"id":"603751da-7429-4ceb-a5c4-7f69f7c1ed69","accessControl_ssim":["85700173-95c3-4e21-b3f1-950084f355c6"],"depositor_ssim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"depositor_tesim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"title_tesim":["A study about the Reformation at Manjong church for holistic mission: focusing on the circular structure and the education of lay persons"],"date_uploaded_dtsi":"2023-10-12T13:01:19Z","date_modified_dtsi":"2024-02-17T00:57:01Z","isPartOf_ssim":["f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8"],"hasEmbargo_ssim":["f76ff2af-4bd4-4b64-9ee7-b3fc3a995770"],"hasLease_ssim":["b59f564b-1a27-454a-babc-ac5ff22ba24c"],"show_pdf_viewer_tesim":["1"],"show_pdf_download_button_tesim":["1"],"institution_tesim":["Atla RIM"],"degree_tesim":["Doctor of Ministry"],"degree_granting_institution_tesim":["Wesley Theological Seminary"],"advisor_tesim":["Sung Bae Jang"],"year_tesim":["2009"],"resource_type_tesim":["D.Min. The spirituality of prayer is vital both in an individual life and in the life of a community. When faced with personal difficulties, family issues, social conflicts, and relationship problems, we pray and ask others to pray for us. It is natural for us to ask for intercessory prayer when troubles come in our daily lives. A theology of prayer regards prayer as a key to all these troubles.
