This project conducted inductive study of the Bible with 16 Native American students attending American Indian College in Spring 1995. Chapter two advocates supporting teachers through communication, education, recognition, resources and sabbaticals.  Chapter three describes how care is demonstrated to teachers in the way they are recruited.  Chapter four discusses several types of training for teachers and also sets forth six questions that should guide training.
