These sources reveal a learned lack of motivation, a fear of education and a tendency toward deception.  This study found solutions to these problems in secular leadership material and by examining the biblical record.  A review of this product will provide the reader with an overview of the concepts, skills and tools used in leadership and management. Five issues form the framework for a church's bylaws: the church covenant; standards for church membership; church discipline; church polity; and standards for church leadership.
