I will investigate cultural changes, secular succession practices, and church leadership methods in an effort to show why it is important for pastors to take the lead in succession. Now God needs trained Egyptian leaders to serve as His tools in fulfilling His Great Commission.  This project contributes to such leadership training.  The first four chapters detail relevant aspects of Egypt's history, culture and religions.  Later chapters discuss the obstacles to reaching Egyptians, suggests a bridge for reaching them, and considers the nature of the Egyptian church and its role in leadership training.  The final two chapters deal with resources for evangelization in Egypt and the role of Egypt in fulfilling the Great Commission worldwide.
