It is designed to be an instrument for supervisor-therapist communication concerning the investigation, enrichment, and remedial treatment of marital relations.  A model is presented that is organized in terms of three sets of relationships in the supervision process of: 1) supervisor-therapist, 2) therapist-client, and 3) supervisor:therapist::therapist:client.  The study reviews professional identity and the scope and function of pastoral care.
