It contains elements of evangelism and discipleship training that one will find from materials developed by various churches and para-church groups, written from a Filipino-American perspective. Included in this product are discussions of the biblical basis for an equipping ministry and on the need for culturally based Christian materials for all ethic groups. The church, with over four hundred attendees, is blessed with equal proportions of first and second generation Filipinos with about two hundred in each population. The study used a survey to gather information on their ethnic identity, their experience at church, their evaluation of church ministry, as well as their aspirations for the future.
