Consequently, a description of the Chinese pastoral leadership role in missions mobilization was constructed, through integrating the findings from interviewing the research participants with a comparative study of some biblical characters in both Old and New Testaments, the teaching of Christ on servant leadership, and the Chinese traditional paradigm of paternal headship. Research has also looked at both the cultural background of the audience as well as central religious beliefs which exist in Honduras. To answer the question, How can expatriate missionaries enhance the pastoral ministries of evangelical church leaders in Honduras? These networks are explored in the typical western approaches to leadership training and in an ethnographic study of a specific tribal group in the central African context: the Azande. It attempts to describe the community of evangelicals in Rwanda understanding and practice of holistic evangelism. Both qualitative study and quantitative survey were conducted and data were analyzed.
