The author was one of three designers and co-facilitators of this training. The project assesses the effectiveness of the course in enhancing interfaith leadership capacities and identifies twenty characteristics required of a competent leader in this emerging field. The methodology and data are based on interviews with 59 of the 61 participants in BAP II, along with interviews of the other co-facilitators."],"rights_statement_tesim":["https://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/"],"thumbnail_path_ss":"/assets/work-a3b75da7abded620ab321410c80d102e5e2417b71c54de7ba7d4b0363da904f7.png","suppressed_bsi":false,"actionable_workflow_roles_ssim":["f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-approving","f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-depositing","f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-managing"],"workflow_state_name_ssim":["deposited"],"member_of_collections_ssim":["Hartford Seminary"],"member_of_collection_ids_ssim":["8e52e4c8-38b6-4846-872d-a744b4f5725d"],"visibility_ssi":"open","admin_set_tesim":["Metadata Only"],"account_cname_tesim":["rim.ir.atla.com"],"human_readable_type_tesim":["Etd"],"read_access_group_ssim":["public","work_editor"],"edit_access_group_ssim":["admin"],"edit_access_person_ssim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"_version_":1791125997157875712,"timestamp":"2024-02-17T06:21:00.937Z","score":1.0},{"system_create_dtsi":"2023-10-12T14:17:18Z","system_modified_dtsi":"2024-02-17T06:11:07Z","has_model_ssim":["Etd"],"id":"9d3d6cde-1279-4e49-838b-2423a3a32ae5","accessControl_ssim":["383afc7f-9346-46de-b699-27ec3905f680"],"depositor_ssim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"depositor_tesim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"title_tesim":["From hospitality to reconciliation: a way to move forward in dialog among Jewish, Muslim and Christian people"],"date_uploaded_dtsi":"2023-10-12T14:17:17Z","date_modified_dtsi":"2024-02-17T02:44:16Z","isPartOf_ssim":["f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8"],"hasEmbargo_ssim":["63bc9148-6a4f-414f-a032-7648a726a034"],"hasLease_ssim":["4ac059fb-e2f2-4f8c-82f5-eb4c504de976"],"show_pdf_viewer_tesim":["1"],"show_pdf_download_button_tesim":["1"],"institution_tesim":["Atla RIM"],"degree_tesim":["Doctor of Ministry"],"degree_granting_institution_tesim":["Wesley Theological Seminary"],"advisor_tesim":["Sathianathan Clarke"],"year_tesim":["2011"],"resource_type_tesim":["D.Min. The method for study was based on group dynamics process, psychological principles of active listening, and group session analysis. The Abrahamic traditions of Judaism, Christianity and Islam together provide a lens for transforming Christian education. The frame of deep pluralism reinforces both openness and faithfulness. Congregants become 'confirmed' (strengthened together) as Christian 'confidels' (with faith) as they faithfully emulate Christ's incorporative love and appreciate other traditions. The education project found that the Abrahamic lens and deep pluralism not only enables local changes but offers a useful model for the Church's wider ministry."],"rights_statement_tesim":["https://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/"],"thumbnail_path_ss":"/assets/work-a3b75da7abded620ab321410c80d102e5e2417b71c54de7ba7d4b0363da904f7.png","suppressed_bsi":false,"actionable_workflow_roles_ssim":["f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-approving","f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-depositing","f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-managing"],"workflow_state_name_ssim":["deposited"],"member_of_collections_ssim":["Hartford Seminary"],"member_of_collection_ids_ssim":["8e52e4c8-38b6-4846-872d-a744b4f5725d"],"visibility_ssi":"open","admin_set_tesim":["Metadata Only"],"account_cname_tesim":["rim.ir.atla.com"],"human_readable_type_tesim":["Etd"],"read_access_group_ssim":["public","work_editor"],"edit_access_group_ssim":["admin"],"edit_access_person_ssim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"_version_":1799719909819678720,"timestamp":"2024-05-22T02:57:34.720Z","score":1.0}],"facets":[{"name":"resource_type_sim","items":[{"value":"Unknown","hits":2,"label":"Unknown"},{"value":"D.Min.
